General Treatment Info
Treat bur-ragweed in wheat stubble in the fall just before or just after the first frost, treat with a tank mix of.5-1 pint of Tordon 22K or Outpost 22K and one Number 2,4-D per acre using at least 20 gallons of water per acre. If less than 20 gallons of water is used, then use a surfactant with application. The one-pint rant should give year-long control if the weed is healthy when sprayed.
Good results can also be obtained by treating bur-ragweed in the bud stage with the.5-pint rate of Tordon 22K or Outpost 22K and one Number 2,4-D tankmix during the fallow period. Treatments must be at least 60 days before wheat planting to avoid damage to the wheat.
Surfactant use at high surfactant rates improve control substantially.
Tordon 22K and Outpost 22K are restricted use herbicides. Read all labels before application.
