Program Objectives
The Custodial Case Management program supervises and finds appropriate placement for juvenile offenders who are placed in the Custody of the Commission of Juvenile Justice. This program also supervises those youth who are placed in a Juvenile Correctional Facility and those that are released on Conditional Release. Offenders served by this program are usually unable to maintain appropriate behavior without a highly structured environment.
Out of Home Placement Options
- Relative placement
- Foster home
- Group home
- Psychiatric hospitals
- Supervised independent living
- Re-entry facilities
Custody offenders must complete the same requirements as Intensive Supervision clients and successfully reintegrate into their homes or demonstrate their ability to live independently.
