*** A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on 1-7-2025, in the Carol Brown Conference Room at 311 N. Ninth Street, Garden City KS. A site visit will immediately follow this meeting. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
