Pre-Screening over the phone and appointments for those who meet testng criteria.
If you think you’ve been exposed to Coronavirus call the hotline Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Hotline hours have changed, effective April 24, 2020.
In order to better address the needs of our community, our local COVID-19 hotline hours have changed to align with the Health Department Operating Hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are grateful for the support of St. Catherine Hospital’s Emergency Department in answering calls after hours, however, the Health Department is responsible for making testing appointments from calls received at the hotline. These appointments can only be made by Health Department staff during operating hours.
We feel this change will better serve our citizens, as it streamlines the calling process for individuals seeking to have their symptoms screened and a testing appointment made. This will also free up the St. Catherine Hospital Emergency Department to serve their patients.
What to do if you think you’ve been exposed to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
