Advanced Voting by Mail
Any registered voter may receive an advance ballot by request.
Advanced Voting Applicaions
must be received by the Finney County
Clerk's Office before 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to the
election. An application
is good for one election. You must apply each election, unless you
for permanent advance voting status. **Once you receive your ballot, it must be
returned either by mail or hand delivered to the County Clerk's Office.
For your vote to count, your ballot must be received no later than 7pm on Election day.
We do not accept postmarked date - No exceptions will be made.
Permanent Advance Voting
You may request an application for Permanent Advanced Ballot. You must, however be
disabled or otherwise unable to vote at the polls on a permanent basis. **Once you receive
your ballot, it must be returned either by mail or hand delivered to the County Clerk's
office. For your vote to count, your ballot must be received no later than 7pm on Election
day. We do not accept postmarked date - No exceptions will be made.
In-Person Advanced Voting
Any registerd voter may vote early in person in the County Clerk's Office. Advanced voting
begins 20 days prior to the election and takes place during normal business hours. Advanced
voting is availible until noon the day prior to election.
Military or Oversees Voting
Military personnel stationed within the United States or oversees may request a ballot be
mailed to them. Non military Kansas Citizens visitng oversees may also request a ballot.
A FPCA Registration and Absentee Ballot Request must be completed and returned to the
