About Maternal & Child Health Services
The Maternal and Infant Program (M&I) is a comprehensive health program designed to serve pregnant women and their infants and to improve the health of the mother during pregnancy in order to deliver a healthy baby.
M&I Health Care Team
The M & I clinic uses interpreters for clients who speak English as a second language. The program offers a nurse, social workers, and dietitians to maximize the health of pregnant women. Women see various members of the health care team by appointment. Call (620) 272-3600 to schedule an appointment with the staff in M & I.
Healthy Start Home Visitor Program (HSHV)
The HSHV program is free and provides a home visit to expectant and new parents in Finney County. It provides information and support related to pregnancy health and about becoming a new parent. The program's purpose is for every woman to have a healthy baby and a healthy family.
