Our Mission

Emergency Management is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive emergency program for Finney County. This plan addresses disaster mitigation, planning and preparedness, response to, and recovery from large-scale emergencies and disasters that may affect our local area. The intent of this program is to minimize the impact of disasters, provide and support necessary disaster operations to protect the public and reduce damage, and to enable an effective disaster recovery.
